When two people have been together for as long as Erin and Chris have been it’s only natural to have a Chicago rooftop engagement session but also kicking off the session at your favorite fast food joint, White Castle. This wont be the last of White Castle either since they’ll be having them cater their wedding late night snack this fall. How rad is that? I think they might have won me over with that.
When Erin and Chris met with me this past fall to book their wedding I knew we were destined to meet, be friends and experience some awesome stuff together. Chris is a musician and works for an amazing restaurant in the city, while Erin is a manager at Solemn Oath Brewery. Their personalities just click. They fun, adventurous and like cool stuff. The day of their session it wasn’t terribly cold which was amazing for a January day. We headed to White Castle, played around in the neighborhood of Avondale before deciding to head downtown to find a rooftop that we could fool around on. After some searching, the rooftop of all rooftops was found. We danced, yelled, Chris scared the crap out of us and we made some legit magic. Their session has been one of my favorites of 2017 thus far. It’s just so real and so them. I can only hope the rest of my 2017 sessions will hold up to be just as fun and exciting. They are the real deal.
