I met Tabi and Austin last winter when a friend from back home suggested that I reach out to them for their engagement session. Upon saying that I would my friend immediately started bragging about how incredible Tabi was and how she was jealous I would get to spend time with her in the near future and she wouldn’t. Needless to say, Tabi AND Austin are two incredible individuals who tied the knot shortly after our engagement session.

Tabi and I both grew up in Florida and some how never managed to cross paths with all the mutual friends we have. Tabi co-owns a dog walking company called S.I.T. here in Chicago. You should definitely check them out if you are in need of a dog walker.

Months after their engagement session Tabi sent me a sweet Facebook message asking me to do her maternity photos. Of course I jumped to the opportunity. Josh and I don’t photograph much outside of engagement sessions and weddings so it was a nice change of subject. Though not far. Their maternity photos took place at Foster Beach just North of one of my favorite locations, Montrose Harbor.

Tabi has to be one of my favorite people to photograph. Her laugher is contagious and she is all about having fun and being silly. Not to mention at 8 months pregnant she was all about getting in the water.

Now I can’t wait to photograph baby Harper, which did I mention she’s here?
