Ashley + Will won a gift certificate at Hope for the Day’s fundraiser event last March that Josh and I donated to support teens and children with suicide prevention. We honestly could not have been happier to be apart of such a wonderful event and have the opportunity to meet and photograph Ashley and Will (and Larry!) We had a blast walking around our old neighborhood, Bucktown.

If you have ever been to Bucktown you know it is full of whacky charm and some pretty great spots like Margies Candies where the Beatles once hung out. If you have ever met Ashley and Will you know it’s a perfect place for them to have their engagement session.

Ashley and Will’s story is a pretty awesome one. It started in a bar in Colorado with a note from Ashley given to Will’s friend then passed to Will who threw it away thinking it was his friends playing a joke on him. Little did he know it was actually from Ashley. 7 years later here we are.
